| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: KDM4C/JMJD2C, a jumonji domain containing protein, is a histone demethylase. JMJD2C specifically demethylates Lysine 9 and Lysine 36 residues of Histone H3, thereby playing a central role in regulating histone modifications. Function: Histone demethylase that specifically demethylates 'Lys-9' and 'Lys-36' residues of histone H3, thereby playing a central role in histone code. Does not demethylate histone H3 'Lys-4', H3 'Lys-27' nor H4 'Lys-20'. Demethylates trimethylated H3 'Lys-9' and H3 'Lys-36' residue, while it has no activity on mono- and dimethylated residues. Demethylation of Lys residue generates formaldehyde and succinate. Subcellular Location: Nucleus. Tissue Specificity: Overexpressed in several esophageal squamous cell carcinomas (ESCs). Similarity: Belongs to the JHDM3 histone demethylase family. Contains 1 JmjC domain. Contains 1 JmjN domain. Contains 2 PHD-type zinc fingers. Contains 2 Tudor domains.
