| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Cipar1 may be involved in a survival program enabling certain prostatic cells to resist apoptosis. It is expressed in prostate and detected in other organs at low levels, these include the heart and various tissues of the urogenital tract; not detected in mammary gland. Function: May regulate TLP1 expression and telomerase activity, thus enabling certain prostatic cells to resist apoptosis Subcellular Location: Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein. Golgi apparatus membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein. Endosome membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein. Tissue Specificity: Widely expressed with highest levels in heart, kidney and placenta. Post-translational modifications: Highly N-glycosylated and O-glycosylated. Similarity: Belongs to the PARM family.
