Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is an anti-inflammatory cytokine that is produced by T cells, NK cells, and macrophages. IL-10 initiates signal transduction by binding to a cell surface receptor complex consisting of IL-10 RI and IL-10 RII, leading to the activation of Jak1 and Tyk2 and phosphorylation of Stat3. SWISS: P22301 Gene ID: 3586 白細胞介素-10(IL-10)是主要由Th2細胞所產(chǎn)生的一種細胞因子，活化的B細胞、單核巨噬細胞和枯否氏細胞（Kupffer's cell）等也可產(chǎn)生IL-10。它是以抑制Th細胞克隆細胞因子合成為特點(diǎn)的多效免疫調節因子。 白介素-10是維護細胞因子網(wǎng)絡(luò )平衡的重要負調節因子。其作用機制可能是降低抗原遞呈細胞MHCⅡ類(lèi)抗原表達，或誘導抗原遞呈細胞產(chǎn)生另一種細胞因子，改變細胞內信號傳遞途徑，從而選擇性抑制某些細胞因子mRNA轉錄，并與Th2細胞產(chǎn)生的IL-4、IL-5有協(xié)同作用。 |
