意義：無(wú)機磷主要指磷酸根，參與生物體內多種代謝，包括能量代謝、核酸代謝、蛋白質(zhì)磷酸化和脫磷酸化等等，此外促進(jìn)碳水化合物的合成、轉化和轉運。 原理：鉬藍與磷酸根生成 660nm 有特征吸收峰的物質(zhì)，通過(guò)測定 660nm 光吸收，即可計算無(wú)機磷含量。 |
