意義：銅藍蛋白 (Ceruloplasmin, Cp) 是血漿的含銅蛋白，有運輸銅的功能，同時(shí)具有氧化酶的活性，是細胞外液重要的抗氧化劑。 原理：銅藍蛋白催化 3,3’,5,5’-四甲基聯(lián)苯胺生成藍色產(chǎn)物，在 645nm 處有特征吸收峰，依此可得銅藍蛋白活性。 |
